Garbage Guts Goes Global - well to Korea anyway
Oh, boy! Hold onto your hats and get ready to celebrate because my picture book, Garbage Guts, has been translated into Korean and will soon be available in South Korea! Can you believe it? My first international book! It's a dream come true! I'm beyond thrilled, and I must admit, I'm feeling pretty fancy now that I've got my first international book under my belt. I might just need to get myself a beret and some snazzy glasses to complete the look.
Garbage Guts is a hilarious story that teaches kids about environmental sustainability in a fun way. It's all about this terrible trash monster, Garbage Guts, who lives in the North Pacific Garbage Patch. He's fed up with all the sea life swimming around in his garbage-filled home, and he wants the oceans all to himself. So, he comes up with a dastardly plan to get rid of all the sea life. Will his devious plan be successful? You’ll have to buy a copy of the book to find out!
I can't wait for Korean readers to get their hands on Garbage Guts. It's a story that's not only entertaining but also important. We need to teach our children about the importance of taking care of the environment, and this book does just that.
It's such a thrill to know that my book will be available to readers in a whole new country. I hope Korean children will love the story of Garbage Guts and the brave sea creatures who stand up to him. Maybe they'll even be inspired to make a difference in their own communities and help protect the environment.
So, here's to Garbage Guts, my first international book! It's a wild, fun and important story that's now available to readers in South Korea. I can't wait to see where this adventure takes us next!
