Kora's in Korea!
Hey there, book lovers and language enthusiasts! I have some exciting news to share with you all. My picture book, 'Kora Kerplunk's Travelling Tongue', has been translated into Korean and is now being sold in South Korea! How cool is that?
This isn't the first time one of my books has been translated into another language. My book 'Garbage Guts' was also translated into Korean, and my book 'How to Hug a Cactus' has been translated into Slovenian. I never imagined my silly stories would reach such faraway places, and it feels fantastic knowing that my characters are making new friends in different parts of the world.
I mean, just imagine - a kid in South Korea could be giggling at Kora's silly antics right now! It's so thrilling to know that my stories are available to a wider audience, and that people from different cultures can appreciate and enjoy them in their own way.
As an author, there's nothing more satisfying than knowing that your hard work and imagination have resonated with someone. It's even cooler if they live on the other side of the planet! And who knows? Maybe my books will inspire some young readers to become writers themselves someday.
But let's not get too carried away - I'm just a small author with a few silly picture books. Still, it's fun to dream big and imagine all the places my characters could travel to next. Maybe Kora will learn to speak French, or Garbage Guts will visit Japan. The possibilities are endless!
All in all, I'm thrilled and grateful that my stories are being translated and reaching new readers. It's a wonderful feeling to know that my characters are making friends all over the world, and I hope they continue to spread joy and laughter wherever they go.
So, if you happen to be in South Korea or Slovenia, keep an eye out for my books! And who knows, maybe someday they'll be translated into even more languages, and my characters will become world-famous superstars. A girl can dream, can't she?
